the villa was okay, I suppose, but the toilet just wouldn't flush properly. and can we talk about the glass table? so dangerous! i expected some pampering, but no one acknowledged my presence. I almost gave a good review, but then. I couldn't. nothing like expecting a VIP treatment and getting motel vibes instead.

The staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us to local restaurants with authentic Costa Rican dishes and assisting with our forest tours.

The pool area was well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast prepared by Karen, who truly brightened my mornings. The staff, especially Herman the concierge, were very friendly and went out of their way to assist with local attractions and transportation options.
